Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Part One Act One

This week, we begin our read through of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.  For the next four weeks, we will read one act each week.  This week, Part One Act One.  This isn’t a typical novel, in fact it’s not a novel at all.  This is a rehearsal script for a Broadway show.  Matt, our soon-to-be-departing Professor is in the same boat as our Muggle on this one as this is the first read for both.  The two discuss their thoughts on the first act, what it is to read a script instead of a novel, and where this story falls in canon.
